At Liverpool Nursery, the safety and security of children, parents, visitors, and staff are our top priority. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and take daily steps to monitor and check standards. Our general risk assessments are regularly reviewed, and we work closely with environmental health consultants to identify and address any potential hazards in collaboration with experts.
Visitor access to the nursery is always supervised and controlled by a staff member, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises. Our outdoor spaces are secure, with fencing around the perimeter to guarantee safety during outdoor play.
We employ trained professionals who regularly audit our nurseries, equipment, and toys to ensure they meet health and safety standards. Regular health and safety inspections are conducted to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
Additionally, we have strict protocols for child collection. Children can only be collected by recognized adults, and special arrangements for other family members or friends can be made, but only after prior discussion with the Nursery Manager. This ensures that the safety of each child is always safeguarded.
At Liverpool Nursery, we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our children, staff, and visitors. All of our electrical equipment, gas supplies, water systems, fire extinguishers, and related equipment are inspected annually by independent experts. Fire risk assessments are reviewed each year, and regular fire drills are conducted to ensure everyone knows what to do in the event of an emergency.
To further enhance safety, mobile phones and personal cameras are not permitted in nursery rooms, providing peace of mind for both parents and staff.
